Code of Ethics
  • Here at The Modern Day Sage, we adhere to a strict code of ethics, ensuring confidentiality, respect, and integrity in all interactions with clients.

Payment and Refund Policy
  • All payments for psychic services, spellwork and/or ritulas, reiki, and shop items are to be made in advance.

  • Refunds are not provided for services already rendered or digital items purchased. Physical items may be eligible for a refund if returned within 30 days, subject to inspection and approval.

Scheduling and Cancellations
  • Psychic service and reiki session appointments can be rescheduled up to 12 hours before the scheduled time.

  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.

  • Spellwork and/or rituals cannot be canceled once the spell/ritual has been initiated.

Consent and Responsibility
  • Clients must provide informed consent before engaging in psychic services or spellwork (including reiki and all other sessions/consultations).

  • Clients are responsible for their own choices and actions, and outcomes may vary based on individual circumstances.

Privacy and Confidentiality
  • We prioritize the privacy of our clients and do not disclose any personal information shared during sessions or consultations.

  • Client information is securely stored and only accessible to authorized personnel.


We must state for legal purposes that:

  • Psychic services and spellwork/rituals are provided for entertainment purposes only.

  • Metaphysical items are sold as curiosities and are not guaranteed to produce specific results.

  • We do not provide medical, legal, or financial advice. Clients are advised to seek professional assistance in these matters.

Customer Communication
  • Communication should be conducted respectfully and professionally.

  • Harassment, abusive language, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services.

Shipping and Handling
  • Physical shop items will be shipped within a reasonable timeframe. For all custom orders, please allow some time to be created and ritualistically charged before being sent out to you.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Lost or damaged items during shipping will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.

Shop Item Information
  • Product descriptions for shop items include information on intended use, materials, and care instructions.

  • Customers are encouraged to research and ask questions before making a purchase.

Modifications to Policies
